I’m visiting the San Diego Genealogical Society on Saturday for two of my favorite Sassy Jane presentations:
- Think Like An Archivist: Uncovering Hidden Genealogical Resources in Libraries and Archives
- Managing Your Digital Research Environment
The meeting starts at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 8350 Lake Murray Blvd., San Diego.
Monthly meetings feature guest speakers from throughout Southern California and include two presentations on topics of interest to genealogists and family historians of all levels. The meetings, which are free and open to the public, include refreshments and a discussion of Society business. Beginners are always welcome.
SDGS offers an impressive roster of events and meetings, available here: SDGS calendar of events. I’m really looking forward to Saturday and hope to see you there.
